Global Population add-on released

This is the global population distribution determined by Columbia University's Socioeconomic Data and Applications Center. Included are the Gridded Population of the World v.3 (GPW) and Global Rural-Urban Mapping Project alpha (GRUMP) in monchrome and pseudocolor.
