Saturn Add-on updated

Updated with new images and newly named surface features on several moons. The Ring Labels layer requires that vertical exaggeration be set to 1.0x. Since there isn't any elevation data for this system, that shouldn't cause any problems.

Climate Mapper Plug-in released

This Plug-in was developed for World Wind to give project designers access to historical weather data as well as projections of climate change. The Climate Mapper grew out of USAID's effort to develop its Climate Change Adaptation Guidance Manual.
